Storage Engineer
Job Description:
· Provisioning, storage connectivity, allocation of storage to specific servers/applications.
· Incident and problem management, reporting and analysis.
· Assist to implement changes to the storage operational infrastructure, patch upgrade.
· Providing performance check, log analysis.
· Assist with operational documentation.
Requirement:
· Experience with x86 server, SAN/NAS Storage, Virtualization (VMWare), Cloud Computing.
· With knowledge of OpenStack architecture, Oracle or DB database/SAN/NAS storage architecture, data protect, DC disaster recovery.
· Huawei HCIA/HCIP or equivalent as advantage.

Job Description:
Ensure the provision of high-level technical support and services to customers, address customer issues, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
In the Pre-sales phase, to conduct conceptual validation tests to verify the feasibility of products or solutions. Providing technical support and assisting in formulating and preparing bid documents.
Responsible for handling network security issues, ensuring proper resolution of problems. Providing critical security assurance tasks and regular inspections to ensure the stability and secure operation of the network.
Ensure products are delivered to customers as specified and conduct acceptance procedures to verify compliance with specifications and requirements.
Assist CSP (Customer Service Partner) and ASP (Authorized Service Partner) in strengthening their service capabilities, ensuring they can provide high-quality services to customers.
Manage and coordinate the work of partner ASPs, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of order dispatch.
Conduct acceptance procedures for the work completed by partners to ensure service quality.

Requirement:

Coordinate with the supply chain to track production and shipment status, ensuring timely updates on product manufacturing and delivery progress.
Handle customs clearance, invoicing, and coordinate with Freight Forwarders (FF) to provide the necessary documentation for shipments, ensuring a smooth customs clearance process.
Invoice generation and collection of payments based on PO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
Establishment of the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) system in the region, enhancing the capability for international trade deliveries in the region.
Manage and verify supplier-provided invoices and bills of lading, conducting acceptance procedures and confirmations.
Coordinate with external stakeholders and Channel Product Managers (PMs).
Manage and archive customs clearance documents to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.
Manage spare parts warehouse and ensure inventory can meet the requirements of business development.
Manage the issuance and receipt of spare parts and monitor and maintain inventory balance.
Coordinate the scheduling of spare parts to ensure timely provision to relevant departments and projects when needed.
